SEAKR's Next Generation Maestro Space Processor

Brett Koritnik, SEAKR

SEAKR Engineering is working on a new generation of space processors based on the Maestro multi-core processor. The board is being funded under an AFRL Phase 2 SBIR contract. The processor board architecture uses open standard physical interfaces and high-speed serial standards for flexibility in system population and topology. SEAKR is leveraging the extensive work performed under government funding for the software development environment and board support/operating system development for the Maestro processor. The program goal is to provide a space equivalent of the Tilera ground based software development platform with little or no application software modification. The presentation will cover the architecture of the processor and synergy between the various Maestro development programs.
